Role Description: The Football Team Coach will design and deliver engaging training sessions aligned with the academy’s long-term player development philosophy, focusing on technical skills, tactical awareness, and game understanding. Responsibilities include planning session content, leading on-pitch activities, providing constructive individual feedback, and monitoring player progress over time. The coach will work on helping your players gain confidence, resilience, and a positive mindset, while maintaining a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment. The role requires Availability for 3 sessions per week, including weekends.
