As Constantia Healthcare Group continues to grow and strengthen its position as one of the North's most progressive health and social care providers, we are beginning the search for our new Chief Operating Officer. This is a pivotal leadership role within our organisation — working closely with our CEO and the wider senior leadership team to shape our operational strategy, culture, and quality framework across our portfolio of care homes.
