Job Summary

The Culinary Care Lead is responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience that enhances safety, wellbeing, identity, culture, dignity and joy. Dining is at the heart of home life — it shapes comfort, emotional security and a sense of belonging.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure every meal served is safe, nutritious, culturally sensitive and beautifully presented.
  • Set the tone for hospitality, warmth and connection within the home.
  • Act as a hospitality ambassador, nutritional safety guardian, culture-setter and visible leader within the home.
  • Influence resident experience, clinical safety and emotional atmosphere of mealtimes.
  • Elevate culinary excellence, experience design, safe nutrition and meaningful daily living for every resident.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support resident care plans.
