Constantia Healthcare Group in Kirk Hammerton is seeking a Care Partner to deliver compassionate, personalised care in a residential home.

You’ll support residents with daily living, administer medication where trained, and work under the guidance of your Team Coach to ensure safe, dignified care.

This role is on-site at St. Johns House, Parker Lane, with a salary of £14.50 per hour and a full-time schedule.
