We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to support our next phase of growth. You’ll play a key role in expanding our homeworking division, driving recruitment, and supporting a high-performing network of travel professionals.
Responsibilities:- Driving commercial growth through recruitment of high-quality travel homeworkers
- Developing and optimising recruitment channels across digital, social, and trade media
- Leading recruitment marketing campaigns (website, social media, trade press, events)
- Monitoring industry trends and competitor activity to keep our offering competitive
- Increasing sales performance through regular reviews and business development calls
- Delivering training, coaching, and ongoing support to homeworkers
- Building strong, lasting relationships across the network
- Representing the business at industry events and trade shows
- Identifying new partnerships and business opportunities
- Acting as a brand ambassador
- Reporting on performance metrics and insights to senior leadership
