We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to support our next phase of growth. You’ll play a key role in expanding our homeworking division, driving recruitment, and supporting a high-performing network of travel professionals.

Responsibilities:
  • Driving commercial growth through recruitment of high-quality travel homeworkers
  • Developing and optimising recruitment channels across digital, social, and trade media
  • Leading recruitment marketing campaigns (website, social media, trade press, events)
  • Monitoring industry trends and competitor activity to keep our offering competitive
  • Increasing sales performance through regular reviews and business development calls
  • Delivering training, coaching, and ongoing support to homeworkers
  • Building strong, lasting relationships across the network
