The Role
- Respond to support requests for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Set up new users, install and configure IT equipment and software.
- Monitor systems and perform routine maintenance checks.
- Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, and network-related problems.
- Log incidents and escalate more complex issues when required.
- Deliver a proactive, helpful service to users across the organisation.
What You Will Need
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, and Active Directory.
- Basic networking experience (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN).
- Hands-on hardware troubleshooting skills.
- A friendly, solutions-focused approach to support.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
It would also be helpful if you have:
- Around one year of experience in IT Support (business, education, or public-sector setting).
- Awareness of data security, confidentiality, and safeguarding.
- GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or above).
