You will be part of a small, friendly team responsible for keeping systems running smoothly and users fully supported.

The Role

  • Respond to support requests for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Set up new users, install and configure IT equipment and software.
  • Monitor systems and perform routine maintenance checks.
  • Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, and network-related problems.
  • Log incidents and escalate more complex issues when required.
  • Deliver a proactive, helpful service to users across the organisation.

What You Will Need

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, and Active Directory.
  • Basic networking experience (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN).
  • Hands-on hardware troubleshooting skills.
  • A friendly, solutions-focused approach to support.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

It would also be helpful if you have:

  • Around one year of experience in IT Support (business, education, or public-sector setting).
  • Awareness of data security, confidentiality, and safeguarding.
  • GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or above).
