Would you like to learn a trade and build a long-term career? We are recruiting for a Landscaping Labourer to join a well-established, family-run business working across Oxfordshire.

You will be working on a range of projects, from general garden improvements through to full landscaping builds, supporting experienced landscapers and learning on the job.
The Role
You will be supporting the team on-site with a variety of landscaping tasks. No two days are the same, and the work is hands-on and practical.
Duties will include:
- Assisting with general site preparation
- Moving materials and supporting the team
- Helping with paving, patios, fencing, and landscaping tasks
- Keeping sites clean, organised, and safe
- Supporting experienced landscapers on projects
You will be working across sites in the Oxfordshire area, including locations such as Banbury, Bicester, Abingdon, and Chipping Norton.
What We Are Looking For
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Someone reliable, punctual, and happy to get stuck in
- A positive attitude and team-focused approach
- Some previous labouring or outdoor work experience would be helpful, but not essential
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

- You must have a full UK driving licence and your own transport to get to sites
