We are recruiting for a Digital Marketing Executive to join a luxury interiors business based at the Chelsea Design Centre. This role sits within a collaborative digital and marketing team and will focus on coordinating and delivering digital marketing activity across social media, email campaigns, website content, and wider brand communications. This role is not purely social media focused. It is about coordinating campaigns, content, imagery, email marketing, and digital activity in a joined-up and brand-appropriate way.
The position would suit somebody who is creative, organised, commercially aware, and confident managing multiple moving parts across campaigns, content, imagery, and digital marketing activity. You will work closely with both the Digital Designer and Digital Experience & Web Development Executive to ensure campaigns, content, visuals, and customer journeys are delivered to a consistently high standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting and coordinating digital marketing campaigns across website, email, and social media channels
- Managing and scheduling social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
- Assisting with the creation and distribution of email marketing campaigns and newsletters using Mailchimp
- Writing and proofreading digital marketing content including social captions, campaign messaging, product copy, and website content
- Coordinating imagery and marketing assets with the Digital Designer
- Supporting website content updates, landing pages, and campaign activity
- Monitoring campaign performance and engagement across digital channels
- Maintaining content calendars and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time
- Supporting wider showroom marketing, launches, and promotional activity
What We Are Looking For:
- Previous experience within a Digital Marketing Executive, Content Marketing, Social Media, or Marketing Communications role
- Strong copywriting and proofreading skills
- Experience managing or supporting social media channels
- Experience using Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms
- Good understanding of digital campaigns, audience engagement, and content planning
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Confidence working collaboratively with creative, technical, and commercial teams
- Strong attention to detail and appreciation for visual presentation and brand consistency
- Good visual judgement and understanding of premium brand presentation
- Genuine interest in interiors, luxury, lifestyle, or design-led brands
- Comfortable using Canva, Google Drive, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools
- Basic understanding of SEO and how content supports website visibility
Desirable Experience:
- Experience within interiors, luxury, lifestyle, fashion, architecture, or design-led brands
- Familiarity with WordPress from a content-editing perspective
- Experience using social scheduling platforms such as Later, Hootsuite, or Planoly
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics or reporting tools
- Experience supporting events, launches, or showroom marketing activity
- Basic image editing experience using Canva or Photoshop
