Are you looking for a role where you can take real ownership and see the direct impact of your work on revenue?
The Opportunity
We are working with a growing IT services provider that supports SME clients with modern, scalable technology solutions. They have built a strong reputation through delivery and long-term client relationships. Now, they are looking to strengthen their marketing capability not just to do more marketing, but to generate consistent, measurable pipeline. This is a standalone role with real ownership. You will not be handed a rigid plan to execute. Instead, you will shape the marketing approach, test ideas, and build a function that directly supports business growth.
Salary & Working Options
- This role is fully remote and offers genuine flexibility depending on what works best for you:
- Full-time (5 days): Up to £40,000
- 4 days per week: Up to £32,000
- Shorter days (e.g. school hours): Around £26,000
The key focus is outcomes not presenteeism.
What You Will Be Doing
- This is a hands-on, commercially focused role. You will be responsible for both strategy and delivery.
- Planning and executing multi-channel campaigns (digital, content, email, social)
- Driving inbound lead generation and supporting outbound activity
- Owning and improving the website (conversion, messaging, performance)
- Working closely with sales to align marketing activity with pipeline targets
- Managing CRM and marketing tools (campaign tracking, lead journeys, reporting)
- Measuring performance, tracking ROI, and refining what works
- Supporting events, partnerships, and brand positioning
- Contributing to ongoing brand development and messaging
What They Are Looking For
- Experience in B2B marketing within MSP, IT services, SaaS, or a tech-led environment (MSP experience is strongly preferred)
- A clear understanding of lead generation, MQLs, and pipeline contribution
- Hands-on delivery experience - this is not a pure strategy role
- Confidence working with CRM systems, marketing platforms, and analytics tools
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns
- Commercial awareness - understanding how marketing drives revenue, not just engagement
Why This Role Stands Out
- Fully remote with flexible working options
- Real ownership of the marketing function
- Direct impact on business growth and pipeline
- Close collaboration with decision-makers
- Opportunity to shape how marketing is done, not just execute
If you are looking for a role where marketing is taken seriously and where you can influence growth we would be very happy to have a conversation.
