This is a standalone role with real ownership. You will shape the marketing approach, test ideas, and build a function that directly supports business growth. This role is fully remote and offers genuine flexibility depending on what works best for you:
- Full-time (5 days): Up to £40,000
- Shorter days (e.g. school hours): Around £26,000
Responsibilities include:
- Planning and executing multi-channel campaigns (digital, content, email, social)
- Owning and improving the website (conversion, messaging, performance)
- Working closely with sales to align marketing activity with pipeline targets
- Managing CRM and marketing tools (campaign tracking, lead journeys, reporting)
- Measuring performance, tracking ROI, and refining what works
- Supporting events, partnerships, and brand positioning
- Contributing to ongoing brand development and messaging
Experience required:
- Experience in B2B marketing within MSP, IT services, SaaS, or a tech-led environment (MSP experience is strongly preferred)
- Confidence working with CRM systems, marketing platforms, and analytics tools
- Commercial awareness understanding how marketing drives revenue, not just engagement
