Are you looking for a Sales Executive role based remotely occassional travel to the office? Do you have a track record of achieving and exceeding targets? The job role: As a Sales Executive you will ultimately be accountable for maximising revenue streams through effective promotion of training products. You will mix incoming leads and outbound calls to gather training requirements, where you will then assess and advise on the best qualification available. There will also be an opportunity to cross-sell software and websites solutions, in order to support the departments growth. Responsibilities: Sales Delivery • Achieving your targeted number of outbound calls each day. • Achieving your targeted number of sign-ups each month. • Calling inbound leads as soon as they are received. • Converting leads into prospective learners, aiming to book an appointment • Obtaining immediate buy-in from the customer and evoking excitement in the product by discussing the training solutions features and benefits. • Communicating company Unique Selling Points. • Effectively overcoming any initial queries or concerns to ensure appointment attended • Creating opportunities with existing customers through follow up calls and skilfully introducing other products/solutions. • Researching the market to identify new sales opportunities. Customer Delivery • Building strong client relationships. • Obtaining intricate knowledge of each client’s setting to ensure you are able to offer the best and most relevant solution. • Adapting your sales approach to build a a wide customer demographic. • Listening to and overcoming customer objections. • Delivering against the promises made to customers and learners. • Providing detailed information on courses or products/services. • Providing first-line guidance and advice and ensuring learners qualify before introduction to a Training Advisor. Administration • Accurately adding and maintaining all customer details and sales opportunities on CRM database. • Coordinating appointments for Training Advisors, ensuring appropriate time-slot allocation. • Providing reports to your Manager on activity levels. • Follow-up calls and providing timely follow-up emails. • Emailing promotional literature to clients where there are no immediate training needs. • Managing your inbox effectively, ensuring client enquiries and responded to same day.
