We are recruiting for a Landscaping Labourer to join a well-established, family-run business working across Oxfordshire. This is a great opportunity to join a company that genuinely looks after its team, offers variety in the work, and provides the chance to learn new skills and progress over time.

Duties will include:

You will be working across sites in the Oxfordshire area, including locations such as Banbury, Bicester, Abingdon, and Chipping Norton.
What We Are Looking For
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Someone reliable, punctual, and happy to get stuck in
- A positive attitude and team-focused approach
- Some previous labouring or outdoor work experience would be helpful, but not essential
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Important
- You must have a full UK driving licence and your own transport to get to sites
- This is a physically active, outdoor role
Why Apply?
- Opportunity to learn a trade and develop new skills
- Clear opportunity for progression within the company
- Work on a variety of interesting projects
- Join a supportive, close-knit team
- Stable, long-term opportunity with a reputable business
