The Role:

  • Handle your own caseload of residential property matters while playing an active part in the wider conveyancing department.
  • Manage and progress residential conveyancing files.
  • Liaise with clients and third parties via phone, email, and letters.
  • Attend client meetings and offer expert legal advice.
  • Prepare, review, and amend legal documentation.
  • Ensure all paperwork is accurate and compliant with AML regulations.
  • Submit documents to the Land Registry and deal with requisitions.
  • Support junior staff and contribute to training.
  • Attend networking events and support business development.

What we are looking for:

  • Qualified Solicitor with residential conveyancing experience.
  • Able to manage your own caseload from instruction to completion.
  • A team player who is also self-sufficient.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

The Package:

  • Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience).
  • Location: London E6.
  • Hours: Full-time, office-based.
