Are you someone who enjoys winning new business and opening doors? Have you worked within SaaS, media, publishing, or content-focused technology and understand how to build commercial relationships? We are working with a growing technology business looking to appoint a commercially driven Business Development Manager to focus heavily on new business generation and revenue growth. This role is very much aimed at somebody who enjoys the front end of sales such as identifying opportunities, starting conversations, building relationships, and converting prospects into long-term clients. What they are looking for:
- Strong new business / business development experience
- A genuine hunter mentality with a proactive approach to sales
- Experience within SaaS, publishing, media, content, or technology environments
- Comfortable building relationships with senior stakeholders
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and working towards revenue targets
- Confident using CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Someone commercially aware, motivated, and self-sufficient
