2nd Line Service Desk Engineer Salisbury, Wiltshire – Up to £32k DOE Hybrid working (2-3 days in office, flexible) Driving licence required for occasional onsite visits

Join a long-established and growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) with a strong reputation for service and support. They are now looking for a 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer who can bring technical know-how, a positive attitude, and a focus on great customer service.

Tech you will work with:

• Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
• Intune and endpoint management
• Active Directory (security and admin)
• Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Microsoft desktop and Office systems
• Hardware support

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in a 2nd Line (or strong 1st Line ready to step up) role
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Calm under pressure and focused on solving problems
• Ideally experience in a service provider or MSP environment
• A full UK driving licence (occasional client visits required)

This role is subject to standard security clearance due to client requirements.
