My client, a well-established Managed Service Provider, is looking for a confident and technically strong 2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer to support a key customer based in London Bridge. This role is primarily on-site, with one or two days a week working from home. You will be supporting modern cloud technologies, managing devices through Intune, working across Microsoft 365, troubleshooting user issues, and taking ownership of more complex tickets as the technical escalation point on site.

- Device builds, imaging, upgrades, and hardware support

- Strong troubleshooting ability across Microsoft 365 and Intune
