They are looking for an Education IT Support Engineer to join their team, working with primary and secondary schools across areas such as Herne Bay, Thanet, New Romney and Swanley. You will be providing technical support across a group of school sites a mix of scheduled onsite visits and remote troubleshooting. When not attending schools, you will help out with remote tickets and support as part of the central Service Desk.
