Sr. Quality Engineer - Customer Data Platform Team

We have an opening for a Senior Quality Engineer to join our Customer Data Platform team. This team is responsible for a high-performance segmentation and insights engine that powers customer experiences and automations across our product. This role is ideal for someone who can apply quality best practices at the data pipeline layer, at the API layer, and at the UI layer.

What you'll do:

• Develop robust automated tests for integration, functional, and performance testing
• Identify, troubleshoot, and debug defects in software and cloud infrastructure at an advanced level
• Write clear, well-formed, and effective test plans
• Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our quality processes
• Be an integral, embedded member of an agile software development team
• Drive product quality by utilizing continuous integration, continuous delivery, and test-driven development

Who you are:

• Must have 5+ years of test automation experience
• Significant experience with backend test frameworks (JUnit, RestAssured, PyTest, etc.) and frontend test frameworks (Playwright, etc.) is required
• Experience validating the quality of data pipelines created with public cloud providers (AWS, etc.)
• Exposure to Git in a CI/CD environment
• Experience working with Jenkins
• Experience with Python, Kubernetes and gRPC are a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer focused approach
