We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing and Events Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and promotion of company events and marketing initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with the UK team and the wider global marketing team to deliver a regular event schedule, content creation, and localisation of existing content. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event planning, excellent organisational skills, and experience in digital and traditional marketing tactics.

What You\’ll Do :

  • Event Planning & Coordination :
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of company events, including conferences, trade shows, seminars, webinars, and client/partner meetings.
  • Liaise with suppliers, venues, speakers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Manage event logistics including attendee registration, event set-up, and on-site support.
  • Ensure adherence to event budgets and timelines.
  • Collect and analyse feedback from event participants to evaluate event success and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in post-event reporting, including lead assignment, tracking ROI, attendance, and audience engagement.
  • 2. Marketing Support :

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, working alongside marketing agencies, internal stakeholders and strategic partners.Collaborate with the social media team and marketing agencies to help coordinate the creation of engaging content across platforms.Support with the localisation of marketing collateral including emails, brochures, case studies, landing pages and blogs.Monitor and track campaign KPIs and ROI.Maintain marketing and event spreadsheets, tracking attendees, leads, sponsors.Provide general administrative support to the UK team when needed.
  • Who You Are:

  • Bachelor\’s degree.
  • 1-3 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships in a large matrixed organisation.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Meet, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and experience in using marketing software (e.g., email marketing platforms and social media management tools).
  • Experience with digital marketing and email marketing.
  • Ability to manage budgets.
  • Experience with CRM systems, event management tools, and design software is a plus.
  • The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education and work location. In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave.
