    • Bring a prospect and customer-first mindset to build an engaging creative story that resonates and converts future customers.
    • Continuously optimize campaign structure, bidding strategies, creative, and audience targeting

    • Drive improvements across the funnel from impression to click to trial to paid conversion
    • Partner with Product and CRO teams to improve landing page performance and onboarding conversion
    • Identify opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and payback periods
  • Testing and Experimentation
    • Build and execute a structured experimentation roadmap across creative, audiences, bidding, and landing pages
    • Maintain a consistent test cadence with clear documentation of learnings and scale decisions
  • International Market Growth
    • Adapt strategies by market, including localization of messaging, creative, and channel mix
    • Develop market-specific insights across the competitive landscape, pricing sensitivity, and customer behavior
    • Identify and unlock new growth opportunities within each region
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with Analytics, Marketing Ops, Creative, and Product teams to align on growth priorities
    • Ensure tracking integrity, attribution alignment, and performance visibility
    • Bring a unified growth perspective across channels and teams
  • Performance Reporting
    • Own weekly and monthly performance narratives, including drivers, actions, and next steps
    • Translate data into clear insights to inform decision-making and prioritization

Qualifications

  • 6+ years in performance marketing or growth roles with direct acquisition accountability
  • Deep hands-on expertise in Google Ads and strong experience with Paid Social platforms (Meta required, TikTok preferred)
  • Proven experience in DTC, subscription, or SMB-focused growth environments
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose performance across the funnel
