A global retail and manufacturing organisation is looking for an experienced Application Lead – Manufacturing to support a major D365 F&O transformation across EMEA. This is a contract/fixed term opportunity focused on the manufacturing and product creation domain. The successful candidate will support operational readiness, adoption and stabilisation across manufacturing processes, working closely with business stakeholders, regional technology and global engineering teams.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the regional Manufacturing application stream across D365 F&O
  • Support manufacturing, production and product creation processes
  • Work with business users to understand operational challenges and define solutions
  • Triage issues across process, data, integrations and connected systems
  • Support UAT, go-live readiness, adoption and post-go-live stabilisation
  • Feed clear requirements into global engineering and product teams
  • Work with vendors and ISVs to resolve manufacturing application issues

Key skills:

  • Strong D365 F&O Manufacturing experience
  • Good understanding of production, BOMs, routings, MRP, inventory and product data
  • Experience in ERP transformation, implementation or stabilisation
  • Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
  • Consultancy or Microsoft Partner background would be highly relevant
  • Able to work hybrid in Manchester
