Role Overview:
You’ll act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through onboarding, adoption, and continuous optimisation of their D365 Sales environments. This is a hybrid role based in Hampshire, ideal for someone who thrives on enabling success and making data meaningful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customer onboarding using structured 30/60/90-day plans
- Deliver impactful training and product demos
- Track and improve customer adoption and CRM data quality
- Offer consultative insights using the 4Cs: Capture, Cleanse, Consolidate, Compress
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to customer growth journeys
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong communication skills with a knack for translating technical into practical
- Understanding of CRM systems (ideally Dynamics 365 Sales)
