A global IT consultancy is urgently seeking an experienced ERP Sales Manager to join their London team on a permanent basis. This is a client-facing, revenue-driving role, with a focus on selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Applications—including Finance, Supply Chain, and Commerce solutions—into Retail, CPG, and Manufacturing sectors.
Location: London, UK (2–4 days per week onsite)
Position: Permanent, full-time
Start Date: ASAP and interviewing at short notice
Experience: 8+ years experience selling into MS Dynamics market
In this role, you will:
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions.
- Build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders across target industries.
- Shape digital transformation journeys in enterprise ERP environments.
- Develop value propositions with internal architects, marketing, and delivery teams.
- Collaborate with Microsoft and key ecosystem partners on joint go-to-market strategies.
- Consistently exceed revenue targets and KPIs.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong background selling Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Supply Chain Management.
- Proven track record in Retail, CPG, or Manufacturing industries.
- 7+ years’ enterprise SaaS/cloud solution selling experience.
- Skilled in consultative and value-based sales methodologies.
- Proficiency with digital selling tools (e.g., D365 Sales, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Nice to have:
- Microsoft BizApps certifications (MB-210, MB-920, MB-310, MB-330).
- Exposure to other ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Infor, IFS).
