Service Delivery Director – Dynamics 365 Business Central

Salary: Circa ÂŁ100k + benefits

South East – Hybrid (2 days/month in-office)

We’re working with a fast-growing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central partner that’s on the hunt for a Service Delivery Director to lead their delivery operations and scale their consulting function in line with rapid business growth.

This is a key leadership role, you’ll have full responsibility for delivery strategy, operational performance, and client satisfaction across consulting, development, and project management teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Define and implement the end-to-end service delivery strategy in alignment with business goals.

Lead and mentor delivery managers, consultants, developers, and PMs across multiple concurrent client projects.

Ensure on-time, high-quality project execution that meets budgetary, SLA, and client satisfaction benchmarks.

Build scalable delivery frameworks and best practices to support expansion and future growth.

Work closely with finance and commercial leadership to manage budgets, resource allocation, and P&L responsibilities.

Act as a key stakeholder in client relationships—resolving escalations, understanding needs, and ensuring long-term value.

Support pre-sales engagements with delivery insights and resource planning.

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ 8+ years of leadership experience within a D365 Business Central Microsoft partner or Consultancy.

✔️ Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 Business Central/ NAV (MUST HAVE).

✔️ Proven success in scaling delivery teams and driving profitability.

✔️ Strong grasp of delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

✔️ Exceptional stakeholder management, people leadership, and commercial acumen.
