We’re working with a high-profile retail brand known for its exceptional culture and award-winning heritage. They’re currently seeking a passionate and data-driven SEO Coordinator to join their growing Performance Marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their career in SEO and play a key role in shaping the organic search strategy across national campaigns.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Be the day-to-day contact for the SEO agency, ensuring delivery aligns with KPIs and business goals
  • Support major brand and campaign launches (e.g. Black Friday, Valentine’s Day) with keyword research, metadata optimisation, and on-page improvements
  • Collaborate with PR and content teams to develop effective digital outreach strategies
  • Coordinate technical SEO recommendations and implementation across internal and external teams
  • Monitor rankings, conduct audits, and deliver performance reports to key stakeholders
  • Own and optimise the brand’s local search presence (Google My Business, Bing Places)

What you’ll need:

  • 2+ years’ hands-on SEO experience – across technical, outreach, and content
  • Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, and Excel
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent communication
  • A passion for digital and a proactive, analytical mindset
  • Experience in ecommerce or retail sectors (desirable)
