Are you a seasoned Dynamics 365 CE Developer with strong experience working in a Microsoft Partner environment? We’re working exclusively with a respected MS Partner on a new opening for a Senior / Lead Developer to join their collaborative, tech-forward team.
This role isn’t just about technical chops – cultural fit is key. They’re looking for someone who can bring both leadership-level development skills and a consultative, people-first approach to client solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Leading the technical design and development of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions.
- Working closely with functional consultants and clients to deliver robust, scalable systems.
- Customising, integrating, and extending D365CE to meet complex business requirements.
- Staying ahead of new technologies and mentoring more junior developers as needed.
- Extensive experience as a D365CE Developer in a Microsoft Partner setting.
- Strong understanding of the Power Platform, Azure services, and modern development frameworks.
- A natural collaborator with great communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Not-for-Profit or Charity sector projects is a major bonus.
