This is a fantastic opportunity for a consultative, solution-led salesperson to join a high-growth environment and play a key role in driving new business across the Microsoft ecosystem.
The Role
As a Sales Specialist, you’ll lead value-driven conversations with clients, helping them understand how Microsoft Business Applications can support their transformation goals. This is not a transactional sales role—you’ll be shaping solutions, working closely with pre-sales and delivery teams, and owning opportunities from initial engagement through to close.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead consultative, discovery-led sales conversations with clients
- Position end-to-end solutions across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Own and manage a pipeline of opportunities from qualification to close
- Build compelling proposals, business cases, and presentations
- Collaborate with pre-sales, architects, and delivery teams on complex deals
- Engage with Microsoft and partner ecosystem on co-sell opportunities
- Stay up to date with market trends and Microsoft roadmap
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform
- Strong background in consultative / solution-led sales
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value
- Commercially driven, with ownership of targets and pipeline
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
