- I’m working with a growing Microsoft Dynamics partner looking to add an experienced
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Support Consultant to its Customer Services team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong
D365 CE and Power Platform experience who enjoys solving problems, supporting customers and managing cases through to resolution.
The role will include
- Responding to customer support queries across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform
- Investigating and resolving support cases through to completion
- Managing cases in line with agreed SLAs
- Keeping customers updated throughout the support process
- Working closely with internal Professional Services teams and third-party software providers
- Supporting customers across a growing global client base
- Providing KPI reporting to the Customer Services Manager
What we’re looking for
- Previous Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement experience
- Experience across the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages and/or Copilot Studio
- Previous experience in a support or consultative role
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills
- Good understanding of the Microsoft 365 stack
- Excellent troubleshooting and investigation skills
- Ability to manage workloads effectively against SLAs
- Previous training experience would be beneficial
Experience within the travel and leisure industry would be advantageous, but is not essential.
