Role
Overview: As a Senior D365 CE and Power Platform Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our Solution Architects and delivery teams.
You will be responsible for capturing and translating business requirements into successful project delivery.
Key
Responsibilities: Design, configure, and implement D365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
Lead workshops with clients to gather requirements, present solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Act as the primary liaison between the Solution Architects and the delivery team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project scope and objectives.
Provide expert advice and best practices on D365 CE and Power Platform capabilities.
Assist in the creation of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
Conduct training sessions and support end-users to ensure successful adoption of the implemented solutions.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a D365 CE and Power Platform Consultant.
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Extensive experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, creating user stories, and requirement catalogues.
Demonstrated ability to lead workshops and effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
