Dynamics D365BC Support Consultant – (£45k, Hybrid, Sheffield, End User) DO NOT APPLY if you are not involved with D365BC Functional Support or Consultancy (this is a D365BC role) Role This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing, sustainability-focused end user who are in the middle of a major digital transformation using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You’ll work closely with business units, project teams, and third-party suppliers to support and optimise their D365BC solution. Key Responsibilities Provide 1st to 3rd line support across D365BC, resolving functional and technical issues Assist with configuration, system admin and user management Support UAT, go-live, and post-implementation phases Liaise with third-party vendors to escalate issues beyond internal capability Maintain system documentation and train internal users Skills & Experience Essential: ~18+ months supporting Microsoft Dynamics D365BC ~ Strong understanding of BC configuration and core modules ~ Ability to investigate and resolve functional issues ~ Excellent communication and user-facing skills ~ Eligibility to work in the UK without restriction Desirable: Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power BI) Familiarity with integrated tools like Jet Reports, Continia, Dime Scheduler Background in end user or partner environments Location: Sheffield office (Hybrid working) Salary: Up to £45k + benefits including 25–30 days holiday, health plan, green car scheme, training & mentoring Opportunity If you\’re looking for a eco-driven organisation that values professional growth and flexible working – this is the role for you.
