A leading software provider in the construction ERP space is looking for an experienced Business Central Consultant to join their growing consultancy team. With a strong reputation, award-winning growth, and over 3,000 customers, this is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to major D365 Business Central/NAV implementations across the UK.

What you’ll be doing:

✔️ Leading consultancy engagements – analysis, configuration, training & go-live

✔️ Running workshops and producing clear documentation using SureStep methodology

✔️ Supporting data migration, UAT, and system customisations

✔️ Advising clients on best practices and ensuring successful delivery

✔️ Collaborating with PMs and stakeholders to drive adoption and transformation

What we’re looking for:

🔹 ERP implementation experience (preferably D365 Business Central / NAV)

🔹 Solid understanding of finance/accounting – ideally within construction or project-based industries

🔹 Strong communicator with the ability to influence at Director level

🔹 Comfortable working across the full project lifecycle

🔹 Full UK driving licence – happy to travel to client sites when needed

Desirable:

➕ Knowledge of housebuilding, construction, or project finance

➕ Experience with RapidStart & data migration

➕ Familiarity with software development life cycles & business change
