Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect – Microsoft Partner Midlands (Hybrid) A respected Microsoft Partner in the Midlands is seeking a talented Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect to support the delivery of complex CRM solutions across the charity, not-for-profit, and financial services sectors. This is a senior-level role offering autonomy, influence, and the opportunity to work on purpose-driven digital transformation programmes. As Solution Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions, acting as a trusted advisor to clients while collaborating with internal teams to ensure projects are aligned to technical and business objectives. Your input will be instrumental from pre-sales through to deployment, with a strong focus on leveraging the Power Platform and Microsoft Azure. Hybrid – Based in the Midlands with flexibility for remote working and occasional travel to client sites as needed. Up to £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing D365 CE solutions tailored to clients in the NFP, charity, and financial services sectors Stay current with Microsoft roadmap updates and ensure solutions make full use of D365 CE and Power Platform capabilities Proven experience as a Solution Architect on large-scale D365 CE implementations Strong background working with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) Deep understanding of data integration, migration, and Azure services (e.g. Experience delivering solutions within the not-for-profit, charity, or financial services sector highly desirable Relevant Microsoft certifications preferred This is an outstanding opportunity to join a high-performing Microsoft Partner with a strong client base and a reputation for delivering impactful CRM solutions in meaningful industries.
