As they continue to grow, they are looking to expand their finance team with a skilled Sales Ledger Accountant who is proficient in NAV/D365 Business Central.
The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Sales Ledger Accountant to manage our client's accounts receivable processes and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
This role is crucial for maintaining the financial health of the company and requires someone with a strong understanding of accounting principles and ERP systems, specifically NAV/D365 Business Central.
Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the sales ledger, ensuring all transactions are processed efficiently and accurately.
Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
Perform account reconciliations and generate age analysis reports.
Assist with month-end closing and prepare regular reports on the status of accounts.
Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to resolve billing disputes and improve the overall customer experience.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Ledger Accountant or similar role.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of the organisation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
