IT Implementation Consultant (NHS Experience)

We’re looking for an IT Implementation Consultant to play a key role in delivering a new App across NHS Trusts. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business making a real impact in healthcare by improving processes and efficiency for NHS teams.

This role isn’t your typical “full-on” consultancy role but it does combine implementation, training, and customer-facing project work, giving you variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a tangible difference.

What you’ll be doing

  • Delivering software implementation and project work with NHS Trusts.
  • Configuring and rolling out a new App across customer sites.
  • Providing user training and support, ensuring smooth adoption.
  • Working closely with stakeholders across procurement, finance, clinicians, and project teams.
  • Supporting the full project lifecycle, from requirements through to delivery.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in IT implementation and project delivery, ideally with NHS Trusts.
  • Background in apps deployment and training.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with great problem-solving ability.
  • Based in the Midlands (to enable easy travel north and south).
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car.
