At Conspicuous we are looking for a driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our European team, specialising in the Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM and ERP recruitment market. This is an entrepreneurial recruitment role with the opportunity to build and take ownership of your own desk. From day one, you will have the chance to develop client relationships, build candidate networks, generate new business and grow a specialist market with real earning potential.

We are ideally looking for someone from a recruitment or sales background, but we are also open to speaking with ambitious individuals who have the right attitude, work ethic and desire to learn. If you want to build a long-term career in recruitment and are prepared to work hard to achieve great things, this could be an excellent opportunity.

You will need to be local to the office, as the team works on a hybrid basis and we value regular collaboration, training and team culture.

The role will involve:

  • Building and managing your own 360 recruitment desk
  • Developing new business across the European market
  • Managing client relationships and identifying hiring needs
  • Sourcing, screening and representing high-quality candidates
  • Building market knowledge across D365, CRM and ERP recruitment
  • Managing the full process from client briefing to placement
  • Working towards individual targets and contributing to team growth
  • Attending client meetings, industry events and international conferences
  • Building a strong personal brand within a specialist technology market

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in recruitment, sales, business development or a similar commercial environment
  • Ambitious, resilient and motivated by results
  • Entrepreneurial and excited by the chance to build their own desk
  • Confident speaking with clients and candidates at all levels
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage a busy workload
  • Local to the office (Guildford) and able to work on a hybrid basis
  • Hard-working, coachable and keen to build a long-term career
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages would be a plus but are not essential
