You will provide 1st/2nd line support to a wide range of users and clients using ERP / Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering 1st and 2nd line functional support for D365BC.
- Supporting customers with extension installs and upgrade testing.
- Reviewing system usage and identifying where value can be added.
- Producing webinars, blog content, and product documentation.
- Maintaining professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Skills:
- ERP / D365 Business Central experience (support or functional exposure).
- Background in Support, Application Analyst, or Finance teams.
- MB-800 Certification or willingness to complete it within 6 months.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Proactive, customer-focused mindset with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Multimedia presentation skills and content creation capability.
- A-Level qualification or equivalent.
Desirable:
- Previous Microsoft Partner experience.
- Exposure to Power Platform.
