Role
You will lead the IT Business Systems, taking ownership of the systems strategy, team management, roadmap and continuous improvement across ERP (ideally D365BC) and the wider applications landscape.

- Essential: Business Systems / ERP leadership experience (ideally D365BC)
- Essential: Experience managing or mentoring a Systems / Applications / ERP team
- Essential: Strong ERP and business process knowledge
- Business partnering with senior stakeholders
- ERP optimisation and systems improvement
- Integrations, APIs, interfaces & data flows
- Power BI, Jet Reports & SQL reporting exposure
- B2B / B2C eCommerce and CRM integrations
- Vendor and Microsoft Partner management
- Systems projects & business transformation
- Automation, AI & emerging technology
- Supply Chain, Inventory, Purchasing, Finance, Warehousing or Sales processes
- Location: Derbyshire area (Hybrid)
