An established Microsoft partner is looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Project Manager to lead end-to-end CRM and Business Central implementations.
This is a hands-on delivery role where you will manage projects from initiation through to go-live and handover, working closely with clients, consultants, developers and technical teams to ensure successful outcomes.
The Role
- Leading Dynamics 365 CRM and Business Central projects from initiation to go-live
- Managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks and project quality
- Building strong relationships with clients and senior stakeholders
- Coordinating consultants, developers, integration specialists and testing teams
- Managing RAID logs, project plans, status reporting and governance
- Overseeing testing, data migration, cutover and user adoption activities
- Supporting project scoping, estimates, resource planning and change requests
- Driving continuous improvement across project delivery processes
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing Dynamics 365 CRM and/or Business Central projects
- Strong understanding of ERP and CRM implementation lifecycles
- Good knowledge of integrations, APIs, data migration and customisation approaches
- Strong stakeholder, client and third-party vendor management skills
- Experience managing project budgets, forecasts and commercial changes
- Confident communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Prince2, APM, PMI or similar qualification would be advantageous
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure DevOps or Power Platform would be beneficial
