D365CE Solution Architect | Membership & Regulatory Sector | 12 Months+
I'm working with a client who is building an internal team to take ownership of their Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365CE) implementation project. While initial phases such as discovery and scoping have been completed, it's likely the project will be re-initiated, making this a fantastic opportunity to help shape the delivery from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end D365CE implementations as a seasoned Solution Architect.
- Design solutions across the full lifecycle – from requirements gathering through to go-live and optimisation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and internal delivery teams to define and implement scalable, user-focused CRM solutions.
Qualifications
- Essential: Experience working within membership organisations and regulatory bodies.
- Proven ability to work across the full solution lifecycle and lead delivery efforts with stakeholders and delivery teams.
