A respected Microsoft Partner in the Midlands is seeking a talented Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect to support the delivery of complex CRM solutions across the charity, not-for-profit, and financial services sectors. This is a senior-level role offering autonomy, influence, and the opportunity to work on purpose-driven digital transformation programmes.
Role Overview:
As Solution Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions, acting as a trusted advisor to clients while collaborating with internal teams to ensure projects are aligned to technical and business objectives. Your input will be instrumental from pre-sales through to deployment, with a strong focus on leveraging the Power Platform and Microsoft Azure.
Location: Hybrid – Based in the Midlands with flexibility for remote working and occasional travel to client sites as needed.
Salary: Up to £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing D365 CE solutions tailored to clients in the NFP, charity, and financial services sectors
- Lead workshops and design sessions, translating business needs into functional and technical architecture
- Guide delivery teams, ensuring technical governance and best practices are followed
- Oversee pre-sales engagements, contributing to proposals and solution strategy
- Stay current with Microsoft roadmap updates and ensure solutions make full use of D365 CE and Power Platform capabilities
- Mentor and support consultants and developers across functional and technical domains
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect on large-scale D365 CE implementations
- Strong background working with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder engagement skills
- Deep understanding of data integration, migration, and Azure services (e.g. Logic Apps, Azure Functions)
- Experience delivering solutions within the not-for-profit, charity, or financial services sector highly desirable
- Relevant Microsoft certifications preferred
