Are you an experienced Dynamics NAV/Business Central professional looking for your next challenge? My client, a leading business solutions provider, is seeking a Functional Consultant to join their dynamic team based in Birmingham.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert consultancy sessions, guiding clients through effective configuration of Business Central/NAV and associated add‑ons.
- Conduct system walkthroughs, identify opportunities for functionality enhancements, and troubleshoot client software concerns on‑site across the UK.
- Manage project tasks including GAP analysis, product handovers, and milestone sign‑offs, ensuring all configurations meet client expectations.
- Provide clear and impactful training to key users using standard Microsoft training materials.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and other consultants to ensure seamless project delivery, exceeding client expectations.
What They’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Dynamics NAV/Business Central Key User or Implementation Consultant.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering customer‑centric solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A background in finance (AAT Level 3 or equivalent) is highly desirable.
