A new opportunity is available for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Account Manager to join a growing Microsoft Partner. This role would suit someone with experience managing client relationships within the Dynamics 365 / ERP space, who enjoys building long-term partnerships, identifying opportunities for additional value, and working closely with delivery teams to ensure clients receive a high level of service.

You will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of Business Central customers, acting as a trusted point of contact and helping clients get the most from their ERP investment.

The role will involve:

  • Managing and developing relationships with existing D365BC clients
  • Acting as the key commercial contact across customer accounts
  • Identifying opportunities for additional projects, support, upgrades and services
  • Working closely with consultants, project managers and support teams
  • Understanding client requirements and translating them into commercial opportunities
  • Supporting account planning, renewals and customer satisfaction
  • Building long-term relationships across senior stakeholders and users
  • Representing the business professionally across the Microsoft Dynamics market

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in account management, customer success or sales within ERP / business systems
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to spot opportunities
  • Comfortable working with both clients and internal delivery teams
  • Based in the Midlands or South of England
  • Able to travel to client sites when required
