A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Support Consultant with expertise in LS Retail to join a growing team. This is a home-based role with occasional travel to the nearest office, offering flexibility and career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert support for Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Retail, troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
- Work closely with customers to understand, diagnose, and resolve technical and functional queries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Support system upgrades, configurations, and integrations to ensure seamless functionality.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring clients maximise their ERP investment.
Skills & Experience Required:
Strong experience supporting LS Retail within a Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot functional and technical issues.
Technical/development background considered if combined with strong communication skills.
Experience working in a customer-facing role, providing high-quality support services.
Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment while collaborating with teams when needed.
