An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced D365 F&O Technical Architect to join a high-profile Microsoft Dynamics transformation programme. This role will focus on designing and delivering scalable, enterprise-grade D365 FO/FSCM architecture with a strong emphasis on complex integrations, performance optimisation, and security design.

This hybrid role is based in Kent and involves collaboration with nearshore and offshore teams, while supporting international stakeholders.

  • Lead technical delivery across D365 implementation projects, including integrations with third-party systems.
  • Oversee service engineering activities, performance tuning, deployment strategies, and security architecture.
  • Work closely with functional consultants and development teams to manage build quality, security, and system interoperability.
  • Support and troubleshoot issues across live and testing environments, ensuring platform stability and performance.
  • Utilise tools such as Azure DevOps and Lifecycle Services (LCS) to manage deployments and monitor environments.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of total IT experience with at least 5 years in D365 FO/FSCM/AX.
  • ~4–5 full lifecycle D365 FO/FSCM/AX implementations, including complex integrations.
  • ~ SSRS, workflows, role-based security, alerts, data management, and performance optimisation.
  • ~ Working knowledge of Azure deployments, Lifecycle Services (LCS), Azure DevOps.
  • ~ SQL, Power BI, PowerApps, Mulesoft, SPS Commerce, and EDI frameworks.
