A global retail and manufacturing organisation is looking for an experienced Application Lead – Commercial (Retail & Commerce) to support a major D365 F&O transformation across EMEA. This role will focus on the wider commercial, retail and commerce domain, covering sales, pricing, order management, customer-facing processes and connected retail / digital commerce applications. You will work closely with regional business stakeholders and global technology teams to ensure D365 F&O and integrated applications operate effectively in real business scenarios.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the regional Commercial application stream across D365 F&O
- Support sales, pricing, order management, retail / commerce and customer process areas
- Work with commercial, retail and customer-facing stakeholders to understand issues and define improvements
- Triage problems across business process, data, integrations and systems
- Support UAT, releases, adoption and post-go-live stabilisation
- Translate business needs into clear requirements for global engineering teams
- Work with vendors and ISVs to resolve application and integration issues
- Support connected applications across retail, commerce, fulfilment and customer-facing processes
Key skills:
- Strong D365 F&O commercial, sales, retail, commerce or order management experience
- Good understanding of O2C, pricing, order fulfilment, customer and retail / omnichannel processes
- Experience working across D365 F&O and integrated retail, e-commerce, POS, WMS or customer platforms
- Experience in ERP transformation, implementation or post-go-live support
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Consultancy or Microsoft Partner background would be highly relevant
- Able to work hybrid in Manchester
