Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert support for D365 Business Central & LS Retail solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth system functionality

- Assist in system upgrades, integrations, and deployments
- Work directly with clients to understand and resolve their business challenges
What I\’m Looking For:
- Strong experience with LS Retail solutions
- Proven track record in D365 Business Central (NAV) support
- Experience working for a Microsoft Partner is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
