About the Role:
As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in scoping and shaping Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions for prospective and existing clients. Working closely with the sales, delivery, and technical teams, you will guide customers through discovery, demo, and solution proposal stages, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead pre-sales engagements and workshops to identify business requirements and align technology solutions accordingly.
- Design high-level solution architectures across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform, ensuring scalability and best practice.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and proof-of-concept builds to articulate the business value of Microsoft technologies.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure proposals are both commercially viable and technically sound.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a pre-sales or solution consulting role within a Microsoft Partner environment is essential.
- Deep functional and technical understanding of Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
- Strong hands-on experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Experience producing proposal documents, estimations, and responding to RFPs/RFIs.
- Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform are highly desirable.
- Knowledge of integration scenarios with Microsoft 365, Azure, and third-party systems.
Preferred Industries:
Experience across sectors such as Professional Services, Non-Profit, Manufacturing, Retail, or Public Sector will be beneficial.
