A global end-user is looking for a D365 F&O Commercial Product Lead to support the ongoing development, adoption and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across EMEA. This is a commercially focused D365 F&O role with a strong emphasis on Order Management, particularly within B2C order flows, while also supporting B2B, sales, pricing and order-to-cash processes.
The role will suit someone with strong D365 F&O functional knowledge who understands how commercial processes operate across customer orders, pricing, fulfilment, invoicing and revenue. This is not a traditional Project Manager or Business Analyst position; it is more suited to a D365 F&O domain specialist, consultant or architect who can take ownership of operational processes, work closely with stakeholders and help ensure the system supports the needs of the business.
As the D365 F&O Commercial Product Lead, you will act as a key point of contact between the business, regional technology teams, global engineering, transformation teams and third-party vendors/ISVs. You will help identify process and system challenges, support business adoption, translate operational issues into clear requirements and work with technical teams to ensure D365 F&O is supporting commercial operations effectively.
The key focus will be on ensuring customer order processes work smoothly across B2C and B2B channels, from order capture through to pricing, fulfilment, invoicing and revenue recognition.
Key Responsibilities- Take ownership of D365 F&O commercial operations across EMEA
- Support and optimise B2C order management processes
- Support B2B / wholesale order management processes
- Work across Sales, Pricing, Order Management and Order to Cash
- Identify issues across the customer order lifecycle and propose practical solutions
- Support business users with adoption, process understanding and continuous improvement
- Work with global engineering, technology and transformation teams to feed in requirements and resolve system/process challenges
- Support integrations and handoffs between D365 F&O, finance, logistics, planning and third-party systems
- Engage with senior stakeholders across commercial, technology and operations teams
- Help ensure D365 F&O processes are scalable, consistent and aligned to business needs
- Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations functional experience
- Strong understanding of Order Management within D365 F&O
- Experience with B2C order flows
- B2B / wholesale order management experience would also be beneficial
- Good knowledge of Sales, Pricing, Order to Cash and customer order lifecycle processes
- Experience in retail, ecommerce, omnichannel, consumer goods, distribution or high-volume order environments would be highly relevant
- Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business issues into clear system/process requirements
- Experience working with integrations, ISVs or third-party systems would be advantageous
- Comfortable operating in a global or multi-region environment
