National Highways is seeking a FM Compliance Manager to report to the Principal Facilities Manager for the North Region.
The role covers the Warrington or Newton-Le-Willows offices and splits 0.6 FTE on the Corporate estate with 0.4 FTE supporting onboarding and regional expansion.
You will ensure service delivery compliance, manage building compliance and align with health, safety, equality and space utilisation standards, while maintaining strong relationships with partners and suppliers.
