UNISON Centre is seeking a dedicated RMS (Membership System) Second Line Support to join the RMS Operations team in London. This permanent, full-time role focuses on supporting the membership system used across UNISON’s membership network and regional offices.
You will troubleshoot complex incidents, provide user guidance, support software testing and releases, and deliver training in both online and face-to-face formats. Occasional travel may be required.
